A message dated June 3, 2013, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 99(RES)                                                                                              
     "An Act relating to the membership of the Alaska Minerals                                                                  
     Commission; and extending the termination date of the Alaska
